Religious harmony in society
As we can see in our daily life, religion is one of the most important aspect in our life. i intend to write this article because I found this is a very interesting and fascinating aspect to observe. Frankly my purposes in writing this article is so people who read this article can understand life and sees life in an aesthetics way by showing religious harmony in society. Just my humble opinion, basically every religion teaches peace and solidarity to its followers. People are urged to respect and do good to others.
Speaking of religious harmony in society and how to maintain inter-religious harmony, to keep inter-religion in harmony, interfaith tolerance in society is needed and when all the basis of their own religion is being understood and implemented by each person, tolerance would come naturally. Apart from an understanding of basis theological religion, people should have a multicultural understanding to others. It would allow people to respect the uniqueness of their fellow human beings and people around them which are different. Having a multicultural understanding also help us to accept others who are different in culture, race, sex or status in society not negatively differentiate them based on the differences itself.
My conclusion is if every person in any society have an understanding and implemented the basis of their own religion, tolerance would come naturally because every religion teaches peace and solidarity to its followers and people are urged to respect and do good to others. Multicultural understanding is also needed because it will help us understanding and accepting others who are different in culture and not negatively differentiate them. And again this is just my humble opinion and the way I try to share my understanding in which this article is being written.
In this article I would like to share some of my observe result of religious harmony in society. In Indonesia there are 5 religions and many cultures that exist and people have been living side by side in harmony, even sometimes we can hear some major problem in this aspect but for many years we have been taught to have tolerance to others.
